Refund policy

Tubers come in different shapes and sizes but we take great care to only sell and ship tubers we truly believe are healthy and viable. Every tuber you receive will have a firm body with some give, an intact neck, at least one visible or sprouting eye. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a mislabeled tuber, please send a photo to meggrowsflowers@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund you the price paid of the original tuber. We are all human but I will do everything in my power to have mislabels not happen to begin with. 

Please inspect your tuber order upon arrival and alert me of any concerns. Store your dahlias at 40-50 degrees until time to plant. DO NOT let your tubers freeze, they cannot survive in freezing temperatures and will turn to mush. On the other hand, do not leave them in your house unless you are ready to take cuttings or pot them up for planting purposes. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
I will not refund tubers due to rot or lack of proper storage until planting time. No refunds will be given after 7 days of receiving your order unless a mislabel has occurred on our end. If you contact us before the 7 day mark, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
